Timothy Pena1 StarHorrible service! They took almost 2 months to fix the body work on my car. The owner yelled at me for calling and checking on the car. Unprofessional and irate when requesting info for the vehicle in service. Would not request this place to my worst enemy. Go Calliber Collision or somewhere professional.Tuesday 26th March 2024
Mark Maczka1 StarThe guy is a crook. Said it would be 3-4 weeks turns into over 2 months. Then adds a bunch off fees. Had to pay over 2x my deductable for b.s. fees he added. He will lie right to your face. Doesn't even use OEM parts. Never take your car here. Can't even put trim on the right way. Next day on highway light comes on. When pressing break cat pulls left and shakes on right tired (damaged area)Saturday 16th October 2021
Neil McCann5 StarI needed to have the rear bumper replaced on my 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. About 3 months prior to Derek doing the body work, I had failed to repair my rear brakes, and rusty rotor particles had dulled the paint on my trunk. Not only did Derek install a new bumper in record time, but his crew buffed out the rear deck for a small fee and got my car looking like it had just come from the showroom.

George Santiago (PRIME)1 StarI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My partner's uncle is dealing with this place because this is where the insurance company took the vehicle after it got stolen and recovered. The deductible was paid the same day the tow truck took the car, and when we called three weeks later (today) to check the status, the owner of this place, in a very condescending voice goes and said that he would not work on the car, or order any parts until they receive the check from the insurance. The insurance already approved his estimate, so he is delaying the process. Now I have to wait another two weeks if not more, to get the car back. That will be about two months.Monday 22nd May 2023
