Charles Knight5 StarI had some work done on my 2010 BMW at this repair shop and the service I received was great. My car was repaired in a timely manner and if you talk to Joe you can truly tell he knows transmissions. From the time I walked into the repair shop I was treated with great customer service. Mike made sure to advise me what was going on with my car every step of they way which was something I really appreciated. Thank you Joe for the "EXPERT" work on my car. I wish i could give this repair shop 6 stars!

Beth Houle1 StarThis was the worst service experience I have ever had. I paid a lot of money for a rebuilt transmission that leaked. The primary owner Joe made me feel like I was overreacting and he was condescending. We had to bring it back 8 times over 11 months before they finally decided to replace the transmission. In addition, poor communication about how long they needed to keep the car each time led me to have to rent a car at my expense for out of town family commitments. It was so frustrating that I started to have my partner talk to them because I had had enough. Mike was better at communicating, but it still didn't make up for the 8 different times that we had to bring it back in.Saturday 7th September 2024
