Orlando and his crew are beyond talented and experienced. They can tackle any difficult diagnosis, track down tricky oil leaks, and knock out routine maintenance. I made the mistake of taking a hard to diagnose EVAP code on my Subaru to another shop who only threw new parts at it, assuming it must need a new charcoal canister b/c that’s “usually” what the issue is- and didn’t solve the problem a thousand dollars later. Orlando was able to do a true diagnostic to find the issue. A lot of shops don’t take the time to properly inspect the car, but Orlando will. Along with that, he is great at explaining issues and will walk you through his thought process and procedure. He also provides pictures, status updates, humor, and more. I have since gotten all my repairs done here, and Orlando was even able to install an after market stereo for me. This is the only shop I trust! Thank you guys for keeping my aging lil ‘roo running

Orlando and his team are amazing! He took the time to really explain what needed to be done to my car, even pulled up youtube videos to show me exactly what he would be doing. As a young woman it can be daunting to go to a repair shop because you feel like you'll be taken advantage of, but i couldnt recommend this shop enough. My car is running like new, and Orlando told me to come in a week later just to make sure everything is up to par. Not to mention his prices are super fair! Even if i move from Pilsen, this will be my go-to shop.

I just moved to the area and started having car troubles. Thought it was the transmission, looked up mechanics near me and this one popped up. I called and Orlando answered. After a few questions, he told me to stop by and he would check it out. He drove it around, didn't notice much wrong so did a detailed inspection. While he was doing his inspection, he took the time to teach me about certain aspects of cars. He mentioned, "knowledge is power." He really was thorough and took his time. I have never experienced this type of transparency before at any other mechanic shops (and I have been to quite a few with my 2007 car...). This was an amazing experience. If going to the mechanic shop didn't mean something was wrong, I would want to return here many times. Thank you Orlando!

Orlando is incredible! When my car broke down, he was able to help me out very quickly. He is extremely kind, Fair, and respectful. He explained everything that was going on, and helped educate me on the car.

After reading the reviews i was excited to make a call. Sad to say they do not accept warranties from Ox Car Care. I need a new engine for a 2015 Kia Forte. The engine is covered under my warranty. My warranty company had them on the list of shops who accept their warranties. They were wrong but it's okay. Thanks for being polite on the phone! Much appreciated...
