I brought my BMW X3 in for an oil change and had such a great experience! Robby was fantastic — super thorough and clearly knows BMWs inside and out. He walked me through everything going on with my car, explained it all clearly, and got the service done quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. It feels great knowing I have a trusted, honest place right near home to take care of my car. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year!

I have been taking my E39 here since I bought it in April of 2024 and I have no complaints. Reliable work from Robby and Bob. They will give you an honest response when you ask about repairs and for recommendations of work to be done. If you have a BMW in Chicago, I recommend their shop.

As a federally licensed aircraft mechanic who doesn't have the time or energy to work on my own cars, I was genuinely impressed with this shop. Scope of the work needed was outside the ability of the neighborhood garage I usually frequent, so I scheduled a free estimate with Rob and his crew. After their comprehensive inspection, relevant photos and an impressive detailed estimate were presented to me. After speaking with Bob (awesome), the service technician working my vehicle, I decided to move forward with the pressing issues. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, offer educated advice, and use genuine BMW parts. When picking up my vehicle, they took the time to explain the repair, showed me the condition and their concerns of all parts replaced, and offered suggestions on a maintenance schedule moving forward. They shared advice that wasn't always in their financial interest but benefited me in cost savings. I will definitely be returning. Outstanding job!
