Do NOT use his services. Avoid at all cost. Came out to replace batteries on one of my units. Charged me $1900 to replace batteries. If you've been in this industry long enough, you know that this bill is absolutely ridiculous to change batteries. He charged me 2.5 hours of labor for 30 minutes of work. Batteries cost about $100/battery depending on what dealership you get them from.. He charged $400/battery and didn't inform me of this until he installed them, sent the invoice, then THREATENED to harm the unit if we did not pay. This company is the worst i've experienced in my 10+ years in this industry. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS OR WORK WITH FRANK. HE WILL SCAM YOU.

Absolutely terrible service. Please avoid using Frank's services. There is a lot of other truck repair options in Chicago. Literally use any of the other options, just DON'T use Frank. He will fix things on your truck without asking for approval, send you an invoice that will be extremely overcharged, then threaten to harm your truck if you don't want to pay his extremely overpriced bill. This man is a con-artist. Stay far away from this business. Use any of the other repair services in Chicago. Just don't use Frank!
