Very good quality service, and fair prices, they don't try to overcharge or gouge you. They do tend to be very busy and don't take appointments. I suggest getting there early probably before they open so you can get in line as they are first come first serve.

To the owner DONT SCREW THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY THAT HELPED YOU PROSPER AND SURVIVE BEWARE of this auto repair shop. SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE I AND MY SPOUSE AND MY SONS WILL BE ENDING A 2 DECADE LONG relationship due to new management and the lack of professionalism..These people scratched my beautiful car On Purpose .Manager is arrogant, pompous and insulting ...I had a $800.00 repair done here never haggled with the price of parts or labor. Apparently I angered these non professionals with my question of appointments. I was #3 to be serviced but was bumped by 2 later arrivals....when I mentioned this I was told I shouldn't argue with the mechanic that's fixing my car. 7 hours later I paid my bill and retrieved my car ...They didn't even test drive it. I knew I would not be returning...but then I noticed the 2 feet long scratch and knew this was deliberate and from CABRALES.....my car is never on city streets ...it's parked on a secured and monitored parking lot..I'd just washed it prior to my repair visit and had gone no where in between. I want the manager to know that Carlos Cabrales was servicing my vehicles before he was ever born. It's hard working people like me who helped to establish your place in the community and Mistreatment of customer does not make a business. If you want Honest and integral work done quick and fair priced auto repairs with Men who aren't immature,wounded,and insecure enough TO SCREW THE PAYING CUSTOMER OVER WITH ADDED REPAIRS GO TO DIAMOND AUTO REPAIR 75 E 71st.... Replaced my starter with an very old starter that lasted less than a year. Very disappointing. I have to replace my starter again. Reply to Owner : I took my car to a reputable shop and they inspected the starter. They went as far as advising me to report the shop that replaced my starter because it was an old part. I no longer feel safe doing business with you. I know little about cars and should have gotten a second look when you first replaced it. You live and you learn.
