**SCAM ALERT** The biggest bunch of liars and scammers I have come across till this day. I had a coolant line break and coolant leaked out. Called them for road service. Told me $195 call and $150/hr. Arrived within 30 mins. Mechanic told me he has to go buy the coolant lines and coolant. Volvo dealership was 5 miles down the road from where I broke down. I told him I would call and pay for the parts and he can just pick them up. The mechanic insisted that he would pay because they have a better discount. He would bring me the receipt for it. Coolant lines $95 each, I needed 2. Coolant was $10/gallon. Mechanic left, came back hour and half later. New cloths on him and he stopped for food and drinks. Once he came back sat in his van for 20 mins. Claiming he’s waiting for the rain to die down but it was only getting worse. Finally he goes to change the lines. Took him maybe 10 mins max! Then I filled the coolant back up. Turned truck on, let it get up to temp. Mechanic said his boss is gonna send me a link for bill. Which he did. Almost $1800 dollars worth!!! $1800!!! Charged me $200 per coolant line and $38 per gallon of coolant. Added many hidden non disclosed fees. Bad weather fee $100, fuel surcharge $110, and put on 4 hrs of labor. Even tho he was there all maybe 1 hr worth. They will lie to get your business and stick it to you when it’s all done. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you big time. A job that should have ran me maybe $700 max cost me $1800. When I called him out on it, he laughed at me saying he’s gotta make his money. So if that tells you anything, STAY AWAY!!!

very bad experience, I really do not recommend this place, the driver was very friendly, although they promised to arrive in 30 minutes, they arrived almost in an hour and 20 and when you ask for a quote they tell you the small charge they will make but they do not tell you all the hidden charges Very dishonest, too many charges, the service was hourly but they promised that it would start running the moment the driver arrived and the truth was that it was not like that! The time started since the driver was on his way!! please don't fall for that farce good luck🤡🤯

This is shell company for preferred towing and recovery. Basically got scammed out by paying way more than inwas quoted over the phone. Avoid them at all cost

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. At the very beginning I wanted to arrange a service and was greeted on the phone by a very impatient and unpleasant guy. After about two hours, an employee arrived to start frozen engine. I was shocked to see that he used a regular ordinary jumper and a $10 air filter spray. Of course, I don't have to say that the engine didn't start. He wanted to trick me into getting a towing and visiting their service center for which I would have to pay $1,000. Finally they ripped me of $500 for 20 minutes of his "work". When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the amount of the fee to the employee, he turned out to be very unkind and made personal insults to me, which is shameful. AVOID this company at ALL COSTS. Find any other one, but DON'T GO to them, because you won't get help and you will pay a FORTUNE.

Called and set a up for first stop the next day for broken down box truck. Driver called said 20min away in the morning. Never showed up. Called the office to check on him a few hours later and the same thing. Driver called said 30 min away. Never showed up. Called the office again late in the afternoon. When I complained about the false promises and find out when they would show up, he got vulgar and cursed me, the costumer, out. Said we are busy enough and going to cancel the service call and hung up. Make sure this is the kind of company you want to do business with.
