Honest guy here!! Okay obviously if you have no other means to be able to get a part try here! Need rotors resurfaced? Get it done here for a great price! Are you looking for a extremely good quality part and the best customer service? Not gonna find that here. They are great for what they have but definitely try a commercial auto parts store. This is most definitely a hit or miss.

I called to let them know that the part that was sold to me was defective and that it caused a surge that blow the fuses in my car. Well I was told that I could only do one of two things, they would replace the part or give me store credit even though I had the receipt and the box it came in. I explained to the lady I just wanted my money back and she lost it. She wouldn't let me talk, she told me I talked to much but she was the one talking over me "THE CUSTOMER" as well as telling me to be quite. What auto part store only gives you 5 days to return a part with the receipt, it's not the customer fault that you are selling bad parts and forcing you customer to either get another part or store credit, why would I spend my money with someone who wouldn't listen to me and told me to be quite I talk to much but the whole time you were talking and not listening. Thus is the auto industry you can't always get your car worked on in 5 days. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
