I am absolutely thrilled that my sister recommended Complete Car Care! The experience has been outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Ben is truly incredible—he is genuinely friendly and extremely informative, taking the time to explain exactly what my car needed. I always worry about being overcharged, especially as a woman, but Ben is consistently honest and his pricing is completely reasonable. Their communication is excellent: they always call before starting any work and call again as soon as the car is ready for pickup. The team recently went above and beyond when I showed up late on a Friday afternoon with a nail in my tire. Ben immediately got me repaired and ensured I was safely driving home before they closed for the weekend. Complete Car Care has earned my business for life. They are, without a doubt, my permanent recommended mechanic. I highly recommend them!

My family and I have been taking our cars here for years. Ben and his staff are the best. Ben goes above and beyond for his customers. They have done amazing work and have always been able to fix the issues at hand. Ben stands behind his work and has provided a warranty with his services. In addition, Ben takes care of his customers. He is fair, honest and reliable. We do not and will not take our cars anywhere else. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Complete Car Care.

I have been going to Complete Car Care in Mt Greenwood for several years now. Ben Soto and his staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. Ben will always advise me first on what is wrong with the car and the cost to repair before proceeding with any work. Costs are reasonable and the work gets done when promised. I have never had a problem with work performed on any of the vehicles that I have brought here. Ben is honest and supportive of the neighborhood. I highly recommend Complete Car Care.
