Horrible my car has been with Mark for over a year and he still has no contact with me to say wats going on all he keep saying is I’m working on it but never does anything it just sits there as if it was part of their car lot like it’s terrible service I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go there unless it’s minor work

I have been going to Mark at Crutch Brothers for 14 years now. The service and pricing are great. Their location is outside the 12 mile tow range that my insurance covers but I am willing to pay the 3 mile difference because I know the quality service and pricing is worth it.

As much as I wanted to love this place I wish I was never told about them. I went to get brake service as Firestone said I needed front pads and rotors. I didn’t get a good vibe from the owner and now I know why. When I called back within 30 minutes of the repair saying my brakes were still noisy, he acted aloof and said to give them time. Over a month later and a new visit in which he said he’d replace the parts it’s still noisy. I went to pep boys a few days ago. They informed me that yes the parts are new but he used the cheapest noisiest brakes. Yet when I went there and said my brakes were still noisy he looked at me like he had no clue he used the cheapest noisiest brakes. I’ve never in my time of having my car had squeaky brakes after getting them worked on until I went to this place. The shop operates on a first come first serve rule. Ok cool but when your work I paid for is faulty you need to find a time to fix it. I did go in one day prior to the replacement maybe around 10 am and was told he had nowhere to put my car to check the brakes. Considering their roof is busted and I had to sit in a wet waiting area as he did the replacement you’d think he’d be decent and actually use good parts seeing as though he was not asked to use cheap parts. Paid this shop to fix my brakes and they’re still not right. I guess they are only loyal to their old customers not new ones bringing in new business. I’d never spend money here again nor refer them to anyone. Completely unhappy with the visit.
