Kat G1 StarSo went in there for my brakes to be checked last summer. Cuz I had my car jerk while I was driving so I knew it had to be something with the brakes by the way it jerked. Which is why I told them to check the brakes. Come back they tell me it's the transmission. I'm like no it's not and I took my car. Took it to another mechanic and he told me exactly what I thought the caliper had gotten stuck because my brakes were pretty damaged. Best part was they really thought they were going to get over on me but I'm the daughter of a street mechanic so I know enough about cars to know it wasn't that. Be careful where you take your car and I'm going to report it to the better Business bureau. If enough of us report it to the better Business bureau, they'll mark their record. They probably don't even belong to the BBB so nobody can report themWednesday 5th March 2025
Miguel Ochoa1 StarI use to come here all the time for all my car needs. About two years ago I took my car here to replace all of my brake pads and rotors for all four wheels on my car. They worked fine after. Today I get in my car after work and I start to hear a noise from my back passenger tire. I noticed that my rotor was damaged. So I took off my wheel, and brake pads to see what was causing the damage to the rotor. I’m thinking maybe debris or something is causing the damage. Turns out that the mechanic put my old brake pads back on my car without telling me. These are not the brake pads that have less than 15 thousand miles on them. I feel cheated and I’m disappointed. I trusted him and I will never come back here again. Please go else where and find another RELIABLE AND HONEST MECHANIC because evidently he is not.Tuesday 13th October 2020
Lina R1 StarWarning! do not get your car serviced here! I am so disappointed, I thought I finally found a decent shop but turns out they are crooks. I have had my car serviced here multiple times and thought they were great. The car finally broke down and I had it towed to their shop after being service for oil change the day before. They informed me that it needed a new engine. Come to find out, they had removed the catalytic converter and replaced it with a straight pipe only. The shop replaced the catalytic converter for me 2 years ago costing me more than $600, and they stole it back! They kept on saying that the check engine light do not clear up because now it needs a new fuel tank because there is a new leak. DISHONEST PEOPLE, DO NOT TRUST! (they do not deserve any stars but i had to pick one to post)Wednesday 1st February 2023
Nancy Medina1 StarPlease do not trust these people. They charged me $500 to fix a problem. Not only did they not fix my problem but they created a whole new one for me. When I returned, they told me that I needed to spend even more money to fix the initial problem and correct the new one!!!!! Now my car smells like it's leaking gas!!!! I do realize that sometimes something goes wrong. But when you pay for something to get fixed and it doesn't and you return for them to correct it, you do not expect them to want to charge you more for what has already been charged. It's a shame that in this neighborhood businesses like this feel it okay to take advantage of those that do not make a lot of money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! When I told them I was going to review them, they were even cocky enough to tell me that they did not care. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Wednesday 18th February 2015
