They get a 4 stars for finding the rattling problem that was coming from the brakes. They get a zero star for over inflating my tires, not once, but twice. I was just in for an oil change and I left with OVER INFLATED and UNEVEN AIR PRESSURE in EACH TIRE. The BALANCE WEIGHT on the passenger tire was also missing. I just had my tires rotated, balanced, and air pressure checked. My car was driving great. Then they messed around with the air pressure. When I left, the air pressure was 39, 35, 36, 35. My car drives well with 30 lbs of air in the tires, in the summer. BE CAREFUL, do not let them do anything with your tires. As for the WIPER BLADES, they took my blades away really fast. Their blades left a huge bit of rain water running upwards where the blades meet. I need my blades back, because they were the original blades. It would have cost me under $10.00 per insert at the dealers. SO, BEWARE... GET YOUR BLADE REPLACEMENT AT THE DEALER, IT'S CHEAPER!!!! Fuller's charged me $60.48 for two blades. Owen did not want to refund the money for his blades, he wanted to give me credit....... then he said it wasn't worth it for him to accept my warranty for JUST AN OIL CHANGE! I was the one who called the warranty co. and Owen just had to give them the info.. It took a little longer for the BLADES. He also got paid for the front brake job. TWICE I left there with vibration in the front. PLEASE LEAVE PEOPLE'S TIRE BALANCE AND AIR PRESSURE ALONE. THEY MAY THINK THEY NEED MORE THAN WHAT THEY WANTED.

I’m a neighbor of fullers and I had brought my beautiful Jeep in for a hand wash … 4 times later I’m very disappointed and hate to put this review out … but my vehicle was not properly prepped, washed , or detailed in any way!! I paid $40 for a hand wash and was given back a vehicle with major missed areas and inadequate washing to say the least!!! What an unprofessional job done on multiple occasions! How dare they not provide amazing customer service as we all expect! I think they are inadequate at best and will never bring any vehicle to them again! Very disappointed!!, also they know who I am and never tried to reach out to make it better considering I’m only 10 feet from the building ! Every person I see I tell them don’t go to fullers !! And I stand on that!! Nice job after a tragedy!! Community business. ?? Yeah right !!

When I moved to this area I worried about where I could take my car for service and repairs. I’m so glad that I have easy access to Fuller’s Service Center. Owen and the staff are super helpful and accommodating. They are trustworthy - they do great work and never upsell.

These guys are fantastic! Pulled up with a car I just bought, the dealer had done nothing about a large scratch and low tire pressures. I was immediately greeted by one of the people in charge and she quickly got someone to check my tires. I mentioned getting a quote for what removing the scratch and instead she tells me they can buff it out right then and there. They did it in minutes and with great care and didn't even charge me a cent! Fantastic experience.
