I recently moved to Chicago with my mom, and unfortunately, our car broke down. As women in a new city, we didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Thankfully, Mr. Carlos came to our rescue and provided phenomenal service. He was incredibly respectful, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated how he never took advantage of us and was so fair with his prices. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and kind. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend his services!

Called an auto repair place to get a tow to their shop they recommended this company. I called the guy answered the phone with an attitude I was inquiring about the price and started negotiating with is a part of business. The guy tells me to make up my mind and hangs up on me which should have let me know what type of business this is. I called back thinking it was an error but it was the exact same interaction only worse. I didn’t know tow companies treat their potential customers this way this was the by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Great service, Carlos was awesome and safely towed my car that was in sitting in my garage which is in the alley all the way to my mechanic who also works out of his garage, was able to even drop off the car directly into my mechanic’s garage, Carlos was awesome!

My husband and I flew home from California, with a two hour car trip ahead of us we ended up getting a flat tire as soon as we got in the highway. We called triple A and waited over two hours for a tow. When we made the decision we didn’t want to wait anymore we looked up and called Garcia’s towing. We explained our situation and Oscar was out to service us in less than 30 minutes! He helped change our tire and made sure we got home safely that night. His kindness and willingness to spring into action to save us from renting a car to get home is unmatched. If you are in the Chicago area and need service call Garcias. We cannot speak more highly about their accommodations!
