I replaced a single tire due to a flat when I was out of town and called into here to see if they can find three matching tires to go with it, mount, balance, and dispose of old tires. Gave them a call, super nice and patient with me on the phone, gave me a price (which was the same price when I picked up the car), and scheduled me in. Super simple with clear communication and fair pricing. I shall continue coming here for additional needs. Thanks!

I have a 2015 Subaru Forest that was making a lot of noise when driving and I finally decided to take it in for a repair. Did my research before sent the car in and had a basic idea of what might be wrong. This auto shop has excellent reviews and is also close to home so I dropped off the car there. Chris from the shop called me the second day and gave a straightforward analysis of the problem which matched what I expected, price was very reasonable. Suggested a few other repairs such as a bent wheel, which I know was from a previous accident, also with very reasonable price. At the end I also asked him to change the oils and air filters and other maintenances. Job well done, car drives like new now. I'm sure will come back.

I needed a replacement of my under car shield as mine was broken. This is the first time I went to Golf Crawford since it was under new ownership. Chris was wonderful. I found him to be helpful, totally honest. When he first quoted me the price it was right after I had purchased my car after leasing same car for 3 years. After making some calls he informed me that it would be expensive but I should only go with the exact replacement rather an after market part as they would be inferior. I decided to wait after he told me it would still be okay to drive but that I should take care of it at some point. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not pressure me to have it done right away. About 3 months later it became a necessity and I brought my car back to Golf Crawford. They ordered the part and it was done in a timely matter. It took less than an hour and done perfectly. I am only going to use Golf Crawford for all my repairs if needed and oil changes. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are excellent!!!
