I’ve been coming to Ivan’s family-run auto business since 2007. Ivan is a true professional—courteous, skilled, and reliable. The service is consistently excellent, and the results speak for themselves. A job well done every time. It’s reassuring to know Ivan is there when I need emergency repairs or regular maintenance. Simply the best!

I know Ivan since year 2000 and I would say nothing else about that he’s one of best automotive technicians I ever had! He’s very knowledgeable, professional and honest! I bring all my family cars for oil changes, little and bigger issues and he’s always there to take care of us the best of his knowledge and his expertise and I’m really thankful for knowing him since I never could trust any other tech on my cars!

I have been going to this auto mechanic shop for over 12 years and I have to say the owner Ivan is the most dishonest and the biggest liar you can meet. Last week i went for an oil change and asked him to check my car suspension , because it was making noises when I was driving the car over uneven pavement.Ivan checked my car and said that the rear control arms links on my car needed to be replaced. I asked for a quote to how much it would cost he checked the computer and said that it would cost me 185$ to replace both rear control arm links. He said he needed to order them from the dealership, so he would have next day I said that is fine I will call back to schedule an appointment for next week. Well today I called him to see if he received the parts he said yes and I can stop by to fix my car.I went and I left my car 4 hours later a came back to pick it up. When he gave me my bill he asked for 321$ I asked him why he is charging me that much after he quoted me different price he said he doesn't remember saying something like that and he started saying he quoted me only for the parts which is completely lie. Ivan auto care is a place I would never go back to service my car... Received update from Ivan there was a mistake made when my car was in his shop he personally apologized about what happened. I will say the experience off going there wasn't what I expected off his shop which had always been very good before this mistake. I would recommend that you double check with him before he those any work on your car sometimes people are very busy and mistakes happen that are hard to fix. I would say Ivan tried to resolve the issue ,but I wouldn't say I can be returning to his shop.

Brought in a 1978 Alfa Romeo Spider , that has been standing for 20 years to get it started and running. Before getting it there I emptied and refinished the gas tank. So the story now: 1st service performed - Oil change, Filters replaced , Belt replaced , Fuel pump and filter replaced Spark plugs and cables+ distributor cap. During the service , they broke the thermostatic actuator -$600 part , that I had to buy to resolve LOL!!! They’ve also replaced the brake hoses on 2 wheels. Installing the thermostatic actuator, Ivan decided NOT to follow the instructions for the installation, because it didn’t make sense to him. End result- car was running poorly( very rich fuel/air mixture) I bought most of the parts except for the fuel pump and distributor cab - still the bill was $1800. Took the car out , it drove-again I’ll say POORLY, because of the faulty installation of the actuator. 60 miles later , the poor old car was running on 2 cylinders , because it clogged the spark plugs due to the rich mixture of air and fuel . So damn me - brought it in again and suggested that this time they tune the actuator according to the instructions. A few days later Ivan called me and said that the spark plugs were faulty , so he replaced them again and that he tuned the actuator properly - the car runs great he said . He also changed the brake caliper on one end and brake pads , because the old caliper was stuck. Total -$870 Picked the car up drove 79 miles this time( a new record) and now it doesn’t start at all. Called the shop - he suggested that it might be this or that and to bring it in again. I’m not sure that I’m going again , cause it feels that another $500-600 are going with the wind. In general , I’ve paid a ton of money for nothing. For them this car was something that they haven’t worked on before , so I’d rather get a statement like “ we are not competent on working on this type of cars “ instead of taking the project and just replacing numerous parts hoping that it will resolve the issue and digging deep into my pocket. I hope that people read this 100% honest review , and decide for themselves if this is the right shop for their projects and service needs.
