It's been about 7 months since ive been to this shop. I took it in to get my radiator fixed, brakes changed, car window fixed (motor and wires were shot), the driver door lock and a new CAT converter. I had brought all the parts needed to do the job except the window motor, wires for the window and whatever parts needed for the door lock. It ended up costing $1100... Since then my air conditioning hasnt been working. When i called to ask if he could check it for me since it might have been a problem on his end, since that's a common issue when doing a radiator, he then got frantic with me and was saying how it couldn't have been on his end and wanted to charge me more to run the air system test (call took place in around July and it was with Mel the owner himself). I refuse to pay more money on top of what i already spent so i wasnt going to waste more of my money and time going in there again. Since then the door lock is already getting jammed, window is already messing up again and my radiator is already leaking... The only thing that still works completely and that i havent had any issues with is the brakes... This was the absolute worst shop that I've ever had an experience with.
