I recently brought my Nissan Sentra to ProAuto with concerns about the brakes needing attention on both the front and possibly the back. I must say, ProAuto handled the brake repair like true professionals. Lee and his crew are hands down the best and most friendly repair shop in the Northshore area. Their expertise and customer service truly set them apart. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they provided on my car's brakes. Additionally, they have a loaner car available if you need one, which made the whole process even more convenient. I highly recommend ProAuto to anyone in need of top-notch automotive care!

I had an issue with my car battery not holding a charge and thought I had an electrical issue because the battery was only 5 months old. I contacted ProAuto they were so kind and drove me home so they could check everything out. Turned out my electrical system was fine, the battery was bad. They put in a new battery and checked my electrical system again and everything has been great ever since. Nice people and a great professional job. I will definitely use them in the future.

I am grateful to the team at ProAuto for the recent service on my car. Lee and Brian were knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. What I most appreciated was the no-pressure explanation of the recommendations, including what was necessary right away for safety and what could wait that I should plan for in the upcoming months. Such a pleasant experience -- it was refreshing to not be told I need unnecessary work done!

Brian and the shop did a super job with my car. I needed a new battery in my car due to an electrical problem I can’t afford to fix right now. I was straight up with Brian and asked him to replace the screw and nut on the negative connector because I was going to have to disconnect it every time I drove to prevent the electrical problem from killing the battery overnight (I’ve been dealing with this problem for quite a while by just letting the car sit tbh, but that isn’t an option any more and I can’t afford to replace it either). Due to slooooowly improving circumstances I should be able to afford to have the car fully repaired in the spring but was looking for something “good enough” to get me by until then. Instead of pressuring me to invest a bunch of money I don’t have (which a bunch of shops have tried to do - seems like they don’t believe me when I say I’m BROKE) Brian presented me with the most awesome solution - a flip lever on the negative connector that just needs one finger to open and close! When I park for the night I open the hood and flip it up, battery is disconnected. Next time I go somewhere I open the hood, flip the lever back down, battery is connected again and away I go!!!! The man is a godsend. For $65 over the price of the battery I can drive like a sane person until I can afford to have the problem properly diagnosed and repaired, and you sure know where I’m taking it for that!!!!

This shop has been around my neighborhood for the past few years but I never had the opportunity to come here. Recently got work done on my car and it was honestly the best place I’ve been to in years. Brian and Lee made the process easy for me and were patient with my vehicle that was needed so many additional parts for a water pump. Their responsiveness in informing me of what needed to get done and how quickly they took care of it is admirable and wish other shops approached it the same way. It is hard to find a good mechanic shop and I have found my favorite. I look forward to continuing my business with them. Their prices are affordable and reasonable depending on the make/model and much cheaper than the dealership. Thank you! I will be back again :)
