I am enjoying my truck fixed by the best Profection crew and team. Quick and proficient. The best part, everyone at Profection is courteous, congenial and professional. Chad, the mgr. Who runs the place is straight up a God send human being. I've been around to see unprofessional people, so it is refreshing to find a piece of heaven here on earth. I highly recommend all trucking companies and owner operators to bring their vehicles to a place where one is treated like family. Have you ever heard of a repair shop where the owner and his staff couldn't be more honest if they tried? How about one where they insist on saving their costumers every last dime? How about an atmosphere so friendly that customers actually want to get their truck fixed there? This is that place. If you can find anything better than this, then let me know. Becaus that would be a miracle. This company name should be perfection because that's where they set the bar.

Emailed them yesterday to see if they could take a look at the temperamental APU on my truck. The my told me to stop by. Stopped by today and Eric was the Tech that took care of us. We have been having trouble with this unit since we bought the truck in August and he was able to diagnose and fix everything in a matter of 2 hours!! Prices are fair, everyone is super friendly and their work is top notch!!! I’ll never take this APU to any other service center!! Great job by everyone!! Keep up the great work!!

Profection is the absolute best. 25 years of trucking experience and I've never found anything that comes close to what this facility offers in knowledge and service. The wait time to get in is almost always immediate and once the truck is in for repairs they get the job done fast and properly done. In the extremely rare case that something went wrong somewhere you won't find a better group of men that stand behind their work. I can't say enough great things about this place. Seeing is believing.
