Tiffany Baltimore1 StarI brought my car to Quality Automotive expecting expert service, but instead left with more problems than I came in with. Not only did they misdiagnose the issue, but their work actually made things worse. I trusted them with my vehicle, and that trust was completely misplaced. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and now I’m left paying even more to fix their mistakes. The way they spoke to me was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was treated like my concerns didn’t matter. This shop lacks both the skill and the customer service you would get from a place with "quality" in their name. I absolutely do not recommend this place—do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Monday 7th April 2025
Ryan5 StarTalk about a place that gets you in and out. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a honest opinion and good pricing. All the guys there are easy to communicate your issues. Keep up the great work.Tuesday 22nd April 2025

The shop put the passenger front outer tire rod on the driver front side, instead of the passenger side. The shop refused to fix the passenger side because the shop claimed that it was the driver side and not the passenger side. The car was never brought in for the front driver side to be repaired. The pictures of the passenger side outer tire rod boot that was busted and the oil debris is on the rim based upon the pictures. The shop unnecessarily replaced the "driver side front outer tire rod" with the "Passenger side front outer tire rod". The shop refused to replace the passenger tire rod and would not put the original "Driver side front tire rod" because the mechanic had broken the tire rod. The car was not towed there. If the driver side tire rod was originally broken like the shop claimed, the car would not be able to drive to the shop. The police were called and the shop stated if I got the driver side outer rod, they would change it and charge me $140 for the rear brakes only because it was their mistake. When I brought the driver's outer rod back like requested. They replace the "front driver outer tire rod". Then, gave a bill for $240. I said that was not the original agreement. The shop owner refused to give me the car back unless I paid him. The police were called again. The police stated that this was a civil matter. I tried to pay with my credit card, the shop owner refused, and stated he only wanted cash. My mother stated she will pay cash, so I could get the car back. The shop makes more issues with your car to make you pay more; bring the car in to get a specific repair, the shop creates more issues to get more money from the customer and threaten to keep their car. Passenger side is still not fixed.
Updated as of 12/19/23.
You were paid cash, so there is not a chargeback. You can post your proof it that is true. You will not give the car keys back, if you did not get paid. Stop deceiving the customers. I purchased the correct part, you fixed what did not need to be fixed to make additional money. If a person is not informed about their vehicle you will SCAM them. This company will continue to overcharge you for services not rendered (unnecessary). And, they probably will fix what needs to be fixed, but not without making something else WRONG with your vehicle to redeem more money. SCAM, SCAM.
