Rafa's Automotive is one of Chicago's hidden gems! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I was really pleased by the attention to detail they put into my car. Real "white glove" service! The staff drove me to get my rental car and provided great details and step by step of what I can anticipate. In addition, when they called me to pick up my car, I was so happy that my interior was cleaned!😁 I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great customer service and has a dent or is in need of auto body repair! 💥 💥💥💥💥💥 Stars!

The more I visit here to get my car taken care of, the more I admire them for their works and talents to put broken cars together and maitain my car. I've grown to trust them to have my car taken off. I would recommend this place if anybody needs a car doctor. From my experiences, it was amazing to see how they can put back the car together like Lego pieces. Def visit here if you wanna save your car! THANK YOU to Jaun and his amazing crew!

I’ve worked with this body repair shop countless of times before, so this review is long over do. The team is very efficient and incredibly thorough with their work. I recently got into a head on collision that caused $11k worth of damages to my brand new BMW. The day of the accident, they sent a tow truck to the scene to pick my car up 15 minutes after I called them for help. They stayed in constant communication with me and the insurance company to provide accurate updates. Lastly, once the repairs were done, they had my car detailed and drove it to the BMW dealer to ensure my system’s programming was calibrated. My car is brand new again and the process with them was stress free. They were also time efficient and had a turnaround time under 30 days. They’re my preferred body repair shop and to anyone considering working with them: you’ll value the service received and can trust they’ll get the job done quickly and CORRECTLY!

This is the 2nd time that my husband take our car here. Everyone there has really great customer service. Plus, they fixed our car and did a really great job on it both times. Trust me, our car needed a lot of body work done due to car accidents that were out of our control. But, both times they did amazing jobs fixing our car. They deserve a 2 thumbs up.

I don’t have a lot of money. My car is old. I have a trusted mechanic but I moved across town. My car started having engine trouble near home. I took a chance on Rafa’s because they are close by. I am soooo grateful and happy that I did. They do excellent work at more than fair prices. From my first time doing business with them they have been treating me like family. I will always come back. They are highly skilled, trustworthy, and charging prices that are affordable. Plus outstanding customer service. They are the real deal.
