Been taking all of my cars to Richard's for over 12 years. They are great - free advice, honest, and trustworthy. No gouging or fixing what doesn't need to be fixed here. No fancy waiting room for customers, but there you're not paying fancy waiting room rates. I hope they never change - a real neighborhood gem.
