I came In looking to get my altenator replaced because the lights on my car kept going on and off in a surge. I took it to the shop on a Monday thinking it will be a quick and easy fix. It ended up taking 3 days to finish the car. I went to the shop to see what was happening and it seemed to me they really haven't worked on my car make model and as anyone else I needed my car to work. It was very time consuming and I wish they would have just said they didn't really know how to work on my car.

Horrible service ! They had my vehicle all day and never inspected what I took the vehicle in for. Twice they told me to come back in a couple of hours and both times i went they were working on other vehicles that were there after me. I went back for a 3rd time 30minutes before closing and my vehicle is still out on the street and still hasn't been checked.
