Truckworks seemed like a nice place to begin bringing my trucks to for repair. Rick the owner, seemed like a great guy, really nice too. You could always talk to him, he was always available to you. I was in and out quite a few times without issue, they did a great job. Until last year they had a change in the office when they hired on a guy named bob. bob answers the phones and Rick is never available anymore, just bob. Rick is always busy when I call trying to talk to him. I had my truck there last year and they decided they weren’t gonna look at it for a few days because they became very busy. Which is fine. It sat in their lot one night, overnight. I decided to take my truck back to use it instead of leaving it there for days until they could get to it. Their lot is unsecured on 47th street with no fence. I was trying to call and talk to Rick to see if he has cameras watching his lot but I could never get him on the phone. While it was there someone reached under my dpf filter and cracked two coolant hoses that had plastic ends on them right before I came to pick up my truck. Also someone removed the gasket from the fuel filter to make it hard to start. Very diabolical, almost insane that someone planned that. It’s a shame. Mental illness is a real issue my friends. I wish Truck Works of Brookfield the best!

They managed to help get my commercial truck up and running properly again within short notice. They saw I was in a bind and really needed help on short notice and managed to get the job done in only a few days. I am glad to have found a reliable shop moving forward. Highly recommend!
