Had some work done to it took the vehicle somewhere else they said the work was not done and this place charges for the work then another problem happen this place cause problems with car very disappointed I know these people for a long time ripped me off can rip you off

Brought both my Acura and Honda to Lito and his team. Great experience getting my cars fixed at a better deal than the dealership. They took great care of our car and installed quality aftermarket parts, none of those Mickey Mouse cheap parts. Great value and good service.

This shop was highly recommended by several friends. Lito, the owner, knows his way around vehicles and is an honest and fair mechanic. He will walk you through what is wrong with your vehicle, explain how things work and how he will fix it. He is very patient and listens to all of your questions and Lito takes the time needed to ensure you are a happy customer. He can work on practically any make and model of vehicle. I will be taking my car there for service and repair from now on. United Imports is a shop you can trust.

I will not be taking my car back there. I give the guy that runs the place credit for my successful repair, but the issue is he tried to jerk me on a 20min light reset. 20mins to reset a light, yet wanted to charge me $95. I preceded to ask how did he come up with that figure when his rate sign didn't list $95 to reset a light. He got extremely irate, ignored my question for me to understand, danced around my question, and kicked my out his shop. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable not paying anything, but can you explain why so much for a 20min plug and play light reset. He again got loud and told me to have a good day and not to come back or the police will be called. I left confused and bothered. Unprofessional and one thing that is a must as a owner or operator is clarity along with great customer service, yet I didn't receive that.
