After my car was mistakenly marked as failing the emissions test, I called Luis. He responded promptly, took time out of his busy schedule to reassess my car, and made a quick fix. Thanks to his exceptional service I was able to get my car emission test re-evaluated the same day, saving a lot of time and money! I will for sure consider Village Auto again from this experience. I was a loyal customer of Lowell’s for several years. I NEVER ONCE questioned his prices. Until he quoted me 160.00 for an AC recharge and over 1600.00 for a timing belt change. On a lark I went to Midas and asked them to give me a quote. 80.00 for the recharge and 650.00 for the timing belt. It was then that I realized he was screwing me the whole time. Needless to say, I did not go back to him. I honestly trusted him. Buyer beware, he is NOT to be trusted.

Probably Luis at Village Auto will always be my family's go-to mechanic. He's always fixed things right the first time and never overcharges. Our history with Luis includes my daughter's toyota, wife's subaru, my old mitsubishi, and now my sister-in-laws's toyota. I recommend him to everyone.
